A 25% retainer is the standard starting policy. The final proposal states the exact amount and payment schedule.
Is the Snap Station attended?
The $350 Snap Station is a drop-off service with delivery, setup, remote support, and pickup. An attended digital package is available by quote.
Do attended packages include staff?
Yes. Luxe Booth, Vintage Booth, and 360 Experience starting packages include a professional attendant.
Do you travel outside Chicago?
Yes. The included service area and any travel fee are confirmed from the venue address before booking.
Can we add prints, keychains, AI, or an audio guest book?
Yes. Add-ons are subject to equipment, staffing, guest count, production time, and venue approval.
How do photography bookings work?
Choose a session or request a team/event quote. A photography agreement and preparation guide are provided before the session.
